Baltimore Police Commissioner Richard Worley and Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott speak with the media after a woman was killed and two other people were injured following a triple shooting in North Baltimore Wednesday evening.
Baltimore police said they responded to the 5400 block of York Road just after 5:30 p.m. to investigate a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located a 52-year-old woman who was shot inside a vehicle. She was pronounced dead by medics at the scene.
Police also located an 11-year-old girl and 29-year-old man who were shot inside the vehicle. They were transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
