NioCorp's Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project in southeast Nebraska represents the highest-grade Niobium project under development in North America, the largest prospective Scandium project in North America with a declared mineral reserve, and a major prospective producer of separated Magnetic Rare Earth oxides. These are recognized as the top three most critical minerals needed for U. S. National Security. The U.S. is 100% dependent on foreign sources for all of these strategic metals. The Project has obtained all state, federal and local government permits to proceed to construction, and is fully aligned with ESG Equator Principles.
