Wild Swimming in the FREEZING Atlantic Ocean | We Did a Wild Sauna on a Beach

🍀 WELCOME TO IRELAND!!

We are so buzzing to be in this amazing country! After spending all my summers here growing up, I'm loving being back in the motherland and exploring the beautiful West Coast.

After a ferry crossing from Holyhead, we made it to Dublin and headed to our favourite pub, Johnnie Fox's. You can park up and stay over in their overflow car park, which was very handy after a few Guinnesses 🍺

The next day, we made tracks to the west coast and ended up on the stunning Achill Island. Keel beach was our beautiful little spot for the night which also had a sauna to sea experience... we had to book it didn't we!!

It was the COLDEST we've ever been!! Having 15 minutes to boil away in the sauna, we then ran to the ocean for 3 lots of freezing wild swims! 🥶 WOW, was it cold! But what an amazing thing to do!

This is only day 1... so much more to come from our brand new Ireland series 😍
