In the spring of 2022 Chance and I were able to ride the northwest couloir on Mount Shuksan. As a guided day Chance asked if this was something we could do. That week I had spent several days on Shuksan riding different lines. So I felt that we could take a look and see if it was possible. After ascending the white salmon glacier with very crusty snow we were skeptical that we would find quality conditions. But upon inspection we were treated to this glorious run on a Cascading Classic.
