Rwanda is well known for its beautiful landscape. From the Virunga Mountains to its majestic lakes there’s so much to see. CGTN’s Asta Tall explored not only this but got to interact with everyday Rwandese, who guided her as she discovered the country’s culinary culture. “Eating Around Africa” is all about highlighting innovative chefs, and this episode delivered just that. Asta Tall met up with the talented Dieuveil Malonga whose love for Rwanda inspired him to create innovative dishes and set up his restaurant, Meza Malonga.
