I showed off pretty much all the good ones here. Chun-li VT2 always cancels from fireball (even on whiff), same with Akuma fireball into VT1. All the other fireballs don't convert well into anything. This isn't new tech but I've seen a few good players pull it out and I don't often see people talk about it so I just thought I'd share.
