On Saturday, me and a friend did a bit of railfanning over in Birmingham along the CPKC/NS tracks as it was pretty warm outside at the time we were out. Before we got to the crossover, we started our day off here as I noticed a southbound UP train approaching on the CPKC line as it was just near Front and 5th St. There was already a stopped oil train sitting just after here, but it was tied down. This was technically our first train of the day as we would catch some more trains on this line plus a switching move on the KC District, but those I have already uploaded in a compilation. Rest of the vids I took were of the crossings I've filmed on this day. Nice to catch a ballast train again as we haven't caught one in awhile over on the Mexico Sub. Consist of the ballas train had UP #5787 leading with #6288 trailing. Crossing itself remains unchanged since the last time I filmed it in action back in September.
