So, I made an Offset Vertical smoker out of essentially...Junk. I picked up this Smoke Canyon Propane Smoker and gutted it. Will it make a decent smoker or a weird yard ornament? In part 2 I'll be cooking up some juicy steaks and such to break this bad boy in, plus I'll tally up what all I have into this build!
