HUGE Heroes 3 Balance Changes! Horn of the Abyss Mod Skills & Specialties (Eagle Eye, Learning etc.)

Hugely popular Heroes of Might and Magic 3 mod HotA now includes a balance overhaul of hero specialties and secondary skills, including Sorcery, Artillery, Learning, Eagle Eye, and Ballistics. Unit / creature and spell hero specialists are also a focus of the improvements. Here's what you need to know.
