Every athlete is different. That’s why the first thing we do in The Freak Athlete Protocol is put each athlete through a 4-week assessment to determine their deficiencies. This is crucial because your strengths and weaknesses determine your path to improvement. During the four-week assessment, we track key performance metrics bi-weekly. You’ll submit videos of the last set of each exercise so we can analyze your form, speed, and movement efficiency. By the end of the four weeks, we will have precise data on your deficiencies, allowing us to build a custom program tailored specifically to you. From there, your program will adjust bi-weekly. Why? Because as you improve, your needs change. We make sure you never plateau by continuously updating your plan.
