Social media users have slammed Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass after she refused to answer questions about the wildfires in her state.
Sky News reporter David Blevins met Bass following her return from Ghana on Wednesday.
Blevins hounded the mayor with several questions about the ongoing wildfires currently ripping through the Golden State.
“Do you owe citizens an apology for being absent while their homes were burning, and do you regret cutting the Fire Department budget by millions of dollars, Madam Mayor," Blevins asked.
The moment was posted to social media, with X users slamming the LA Mayor as “incompetent”.
“This is the most damning video of a politician being questioned during a disaster that I’ve ever seen. This Sky News reporter just absolutely shredded the incompetent Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass. It’s truly a work of art,” wrote one user.
