2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 and 1/4 teaspoons seasoning salt

1/4 cup cooking oil
*Chicken Vegetables:*
4 garlic cloves
1 green onion
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 carrot, sliced

2 tablespoons dark soy sauce

Thyme (to taste)
1 Scotch bonnet pepper
