তেঁতুল গোলা - ৩/৪ কাপ
চিনি - ১/৩ কাপ
লবন - ১/২চা চামচ
বিট লবন - ১/২ চা চামচ

ইয়োগার্ট চাটনি :
টকদই - ১ কাপ
চিনি - ১ টেবিল চামচ
লবন - ১/৪ চা চামচ
লেবুর রস - ২ চা চামচ

অন্যান্য :
সেদ্ধ ছোলা - ২ কাপ
সেদ্ধ আলু - ১ কাপ
লেবুর রস - অর্ধেকটা
লবন স্বাদমতো
বিট লবন - ১/৪ চা চামচ
চাট মশলা - ১/২ টেবিল চামচ
ভাজা জিরা গুঁড়া - ১/২ চা চামচ
চিলি ফ্লেক্স - ১/২ চা চামচ
পেঁয়াজ, শশা,টমেটো,কাঁচামরিচ ও ধনেপাতা কুচি পরিমাণমতো
