From the 1990s, here is a sign-off from CBET 9 out of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. All copyrights acknowledged. Not sure of exact year but it seems the station signed off around 1:45 AM. Features a duet of "O Canada" and many shots of the Detroit River. Included is about 1 1/2 minutes of the test pattern after the anthem.
