Venice is truly such a beautiful city, surrounded by other islands in Northern Italy. I was shocked when I realized that Venice doesn't have roads but actually has canals to get from one side of the city to the other via gondolas. It was actually so peaceful having to walk/take gondolas everywhere while getting to explore this historical city.
