Lloyd Ultan was the Bronx Borough Historian for over 20 years. A lifelong Bronxite, Llyod is a teacher, a storyteller, and a comedian. I picked up Lloyd from his nearby apartment and he joined me for a conversation about Poe Park in the Bronx. Home to the last house Edgar Allan Poe lived in and also the place where Batman was created.
