My thoughts and feelings about the Sahaba when I was Muslim:

I was only taught the good stuff about the Sahaba, and was raised to believe they were the most kind, brave and selfless people you could imagine. I used to think it would be a wonderful thing to be one of them, to be one of those first Muslims building Islam. Today, I wonder, would I even want to hang out with these people? Or would I be terrified for my life? Apostate Aladdin and I found out the answers for ourselves as we delved into the horror stories Muslims don't like to talk about. Viewer beware....
