from Matthew Belanger
1½ oz pineapple juice (45 ml)
1 oz Coco Lopez (30 ml)
¾ oz orange juice (22.5 ml)
¾ oz overproof Jamaican rum - Smith & Cross (22.5 ml)
½ oz aged Guyana rum, - El Dorado 15-year (15 ml)
¼ oz overproof Demerara rum - Lemon Hart 151 (7.5 ml)

Sonando
from Chad Austin
¾ oz lime juice (22.5 ml)
1½ oz orange juice (45 ml)
¾ oz cream of coconut (22.5 ml)
¼ oz vanilla syrup (7.5 ml)
¼ oz passion fruit syrup (7.5 ml)
¼ oz overproof Jamaican rum - Wray & Nephew (7.5 ml)
2 oz unaged cane juice rum - Copalli white (60 ml)

PKNY
from Garret Richard
5 drops of saline (4:1 ratio water to salt by grams)
3 dashes Angostura bitters
½ oz orange juice acid adjusted to lime (15 ml)
1½ oz pineapple juice (45 ml)
1½ oz coconut mix (45 ml) (3:1 ratio of Coco Lopez to Coconut Milk)
¾ Smith & Cross rum (22.5 ml)
¾ Coruba rum (22.5 ml)
¾ oz Hamilton 151 rum (22.5 ml)

Acid adjusted orange juice:
100 mL orange juice
3.2 grams citric acid
2.0 grams malic acid
