පෙරිනියෙල් කෙයා ලෙස හඳුන්වන්නේ බාහිර ලිංග ඉන්ද්රියයන් පිරිසුදු කිරීමේ ක්රියාවලියයි. ගැහැනු සහ පිරිමි ලෙස ආකාර 2ක් පවති. මෙහිදී අපි භාවිතා කිරීමට අවශ්ය වෙනවා wet swabs, sopy swabs, dry swabs යනාදියෙන් swabs වර්ග තුනක්. ඔයාලට වීඩියෝ එකෙන් පැහැදිලි වෙනවා මුලින්ම wet swabs වලින් wet කරලා ඊට පසුව soapy swabs වලින් Soap කරලා ඒවා ටික අයින් කරගන්න නැවතත් wet swabs පාවිච්චි කරලා අවසානයේදී dry swabs වලින් හොදින් වියලීමකට පත් කරගන්න අවශ්ය වෙනවා. මෙම ක්රියාවලිය අවශ්ය වන්නේ තනිවම තමන්ගේ privet area පිරිසිදු කර ගත නොහැකි අයට වේ.
