Ingredients:
🍄Oil
🍄Mustard seeds
🍄Garlic
🍄Ginger
🍄Onion
🍄Chili
🍄Curry leaves
🍄Button mushrooms
🍄Chili powder
🍄Garam masala
🍄Coriander powder
🍄Meat curry powder
🍄Sos Lada Hitam Puteri
🍄Sos Tomato Puteri

Method:
💛 Heat the oil and sauté garlic, ginger, onion, chili, mustard seeds, and curry leaves until fragrant.
💛 Add chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and meat curry powder; mix well.
💛 Add a generous amount of Sos Lada Hitam Puteri and stir.
💛 Enhance the flavor with Sos Tomato Puteri.
💛 Add button mushrooms and cook until the oil separates.
💛 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and it's ready to be served.
