INGREDIENTS:
For the yeast dough:
200 g wheat flour type 405
30 g / 2 tablespoons sugar
60 g / 60 ml lukewarm milk
15 g fresh yeast
1 egg
25 g soft butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the vanilla pudding:
500 ml of milk
1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
2 tablespoons sugar
For the curd mass:
500 g quark (40%)
2 eggs
100 g of sugar
lemon peel
For the egg foam:
3 eggs
100 g of sugar
1 heaped tablespoon Cornstarch
