Hey friends and followers!
After a short break (don't worry, I'm fine *lol*), today we continue with a sound that...at least for me...is incredibly calming.
A wonderful Perkins V12 Diesel from a:
Challenger Armored Repair and Recovery Vehicle (CRARRV)!
Yes, sir!
26.1 liter V12 diesel engine.
The idle sounds wonderful doesn't it?
Incidentally, the same engine was already installed in the Challenger 2 MBT on whose "chassis" the Rhino was developed.
And a very similar engine was installed on some trains.
A really awesome thing, this engine.
There will now be more to hear from me again and I will of course also answer your comments in the next few days and also (depending on the time) edit the messages and sound requests.
