Our vertical coil wrapper is engineered specifically for steel wire coils (or similar heavy coils) that require safe, efficient loading and unloading. The upward-opening mechanism allows the top section of the wrapping chamber or cradle to open fully, enabling a crane or hoist to place the coil directly into the machine without manual repositioning. This design reduces handling time, minimizes risk of injury, and supports higher throughput.

Upward-Opening Cradle: The top-half of the wrapping chamber lifts or swings open, providing unobstructed access for overhead lifting equipment.
Adjustable Coil Dimensions: Quick-adjust fixtures accommodate varying outer diameters (OD), inner diameters (ID), and widths. Set-up can be automated or manual, depending on model.
Automated Wrapping Head: Rotates around the vertical axis of the coil, applying stretch film or other wrapping material uniformly. Tension control ensures consistent wrap density.
