We have officially reached the 5th installment to the throwback series. November 2020 is when this originally dropped. It was named Fractured due to the incident that happened during a session that fall. I did aerial mega missleg btwist as I have done many MANY times before, but somehow my hip bone crept underneath my rib as I was landing aerial mega and when I went for the btwist it flicked out and broke my rib. My chiropractor said you have to be freakishly flexible for this to occur 😅 so not necessarily something to be worried about happening often. It absolutely scared me away from those two tricks connected together for quite some time after as it was brutal.
Extremely thankful for Maguire editing this one for me at the time as I could not sit comfortably at my computer to edit. Which allowed me to get some good rest before heading on my wife and I's one year wedding anniversary trip to Mexico.
