रिल्दोक एक हिमाली भेगमा बनाईने आलुको सुप हो
खानाको लागी एकदम मिठो शरिर फुर्तिलो बनाउने नेपाली खाना हो
ingredients
(1) boiled potatoes -250 GM
(2) red chilli dry-to taste
(3) garlic -6-7 cloves
(4) Sichuan pepper seeds -1/3 tbs
(5) ghee or oil-1 tbs
(6) onion-1pic
(7) tomato-1pic
(8) turmeric powder -1/3 tbs
(9)cumin powder -1/3 tbs
(10) coriander powder -1/3 tbs
(11) chhopd corander leaves -1/2 handfuls
(12) spring onion -if you need
