Tiranga Bike Rally Organized by Cluster Head, Higher Secondary School Sawjian

In a grand show of patriotism and national pride, the Cluster Head of Model Higher Secondary School Sawjian, Poonch, organized a Triranga Bike Rally as part of the ongoing Independence Day celebrations. The event saw enthusiastic participation from across the region, with 54 bikes and five cars joining the rally. All 43 schools under the Cluster Model Higher Secondary School Sawjian participated, making it a truly community-driven event.
The rally was organized under the guidance and overall supervision of Mr. Anwar Khan, Principal of Model Higher Secondary School Sawjian, following the directives of Mr. Lal Hussain, Chief Education Officer, Poonch. The event was meticulously planned and executed, ensuring maximum participation from teachers, students, and the local community. A total of 136 teachers attended the rally, demonstrating their commitment to fostering a spirit of patriotism and national unity among the youth.
The primary aim of the rally was to inculcate communal harmony, respect for the national flag, and a deep sense of patriotism in the hearts of participants and spectators alike. By organizing such an event, the school administration sought to reinforce the ideals of unity in diversity, which is the cornerstone of our nation's strength.
The rally was ceremoniously flagged off by Mr. Anwar Khan, Principal of Model Higher Secondary School Sawjian, and Mr. Sushant Singh Sambyal, Incharge of the Police Post Sawjian. The rally covered a 14-kilometer route, starting from Higher Secondary School Sawjian and passing through key locations such as Khaet, Sundrri Nallah, Bus Stand, Brari Nallah, before culminating at Gali Maidan Bus Stand. The entire route was adorned with the tricolor, as every bike and car proudly displayed the national flag, creating a vibrant and patriotic atmosphere.
Before the rally commenced, the students of Model Higher Secondary School Sawjian recited the National Anthem with fervor, setting the tone for the event. Following this, a cultural program was presented by the students, focusing on the theme of national integration. The performances, which included patriotic songs, dances, and skits, were well-received and highlighted the importance of unity and brotherhood in maintaining the fabric of our nation.
In his address to the gathering, Mr. Anwar Khan emphasized the significance of such events in fostering a sense of national pride and unity among the younger generation. He spoke about the importance of remembering the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters and the need to uphold the values they fought for. He also stressed the role of education in shaping responsible citizens who contribute positively to society and the nation.
