🥔 Potato Bhajiya (आलू भजिया)
🧅 Onion Bhajiya (प्याज भजिया)
🧀 Paneer Bhajiya (पनीर भजिया)
🌶️ Mirchi Bhajiya / Pakoda (मिर्ची भजिया)
This instant bhajiya recipe needs no resting time, no fancy ingredients, and gives perfect crispy results every time. Ideal for monsoon snacks, tea-time pakoda craving, kids' tiffin & quick party starters.
🧂 Ingredients (English + हिंदी)
2 cups Gram Flour (बेसन)
1 tsp Asafoetida (हींग)
2 tsp Green Chilli Paste (हरी मिर्च पेस्ट)
1 tbsp Ginger Paste (अदरक पेस्ट)
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
2 tbsp Refined Flour – Maida (मैदा)
1 tsp Carom Seeds (अजवाइन)
Salt as per taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
Water as required (पानी आवश्यकतानुसार)
Oil for frying (तलने के लिए तेल)
🌶️ Special Seasoning (Optional but Recommended)
2 tsp Dry Mint Powder (सूखा पुदीना पाउडर)
Pinch of Salt (चुटकी भर नमक)
1 tbsp Dry Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)

Batter consistency should be medium-thick for crispy bhajiyas
