Impossible Sausage Balls Recipe:
1 lb. Impossible Sausage
2 cups Bisquick or vegan biscuit mix
1 lb. vegan cheddar cheese, shredded
3-4 tbsp fresh sage, chopped (or other favorite herb)

Sunday Breakfast Bagel:
1 Everything Bagel, toasted
2 oz. Impossible Sausage, formed into a patty
6 tbsp JUST Egg
Slice of vegan cheese
Vegan mayo, to taste
Bell pepper, onion, or other favorite veggies, sliced
optional sprinkle of Kala Namak to JUST Egg gives it a delicious eggy flavor

Impossible Sausage Manicotti Recipe
Tofu Ricotta:
1 block firm tofu (drained/crumbled)
2 tbsp tahini
2 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 1/2 tbsp shallot, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Manicotti:
1 lb. Impossible Sausage
1 recipe Tofu Ricotta (above)
1 package (8 oz) manicotti shells (uncooked)
24 oz. jar marinara sauce
1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese, shredded
