It’s not a myth – Automation actually generates more real estate deals
So, after in my last video (right here) I showed you how to automate your process and what are the benefits of automation, in my next video we will see how automation allows us not only to send a tremendous amount of offers in just a few minutes, but also how to always be in the game, ahead of everyone and even generate successful deals in no time.
Those of you who already know my story, know that ten years ago, when I started to invest in real estate, all I had was a computer and my knowledge in programming and data. But more importantly, I had the willingness to combine the tools I have acquired with hard work and with the understanding that automated tools can help anyone who wishes to invest in real estate to create more deals and better deals.
And that’s my point exactly in this video and in the previous one (did I mention already that it is accessible here for free?). With a simple automation process, you can get huge advantage over many other competitors. And the reason is that automation allows you two implement two super important rules, in real estate and even in business in general:
1. Be prepared.
2. Be the first in the door.
Be prepared – My automation process allowed me to send more than 75 offers in just a few minutes to various potential sellers. With this process I could easily pull all the data I need from the MLS, insert it into my excel spreadsheet and send my offers easily to all those potential deals, with my proof of funds included so they can see I am serious.
This mindset is crucial because if you repeat this process every day, all year long, you will be able to generate thousands of professional and personalized offers per year and as you do it more, it will become easier. So why not?
Moreover, it’s true that in the current market inventory is shrinking, but bear in mind that the market will bounce back at some point and you want to be prepared and ready to go when it happens. With these automated tools you will be able to be prepared just on time, which brings me to the second super important rule:
Be the first in the door – What my automation process allows me is to achieve my ultimate goal. To be the first in the door. It cannot happen if you are not faster than anybody else. In fact, just after sending my offers I already started to receive replies from potential leads and I could immediately start to work on potential deals.
I received dozens of responses by email and by phone and even more importantly, I have one offer that has been accepted. By just a few minutes of work, it’s insane. But more importantly, in some other cases I was too late and the seller just signed another offer in that same morning.
The reason I am showing you also my “failures” is that you can learn as well from my real-life experience and witness yourself the challenges this type of work presents.
But maybe I should stop here and just let you see it in your own eyes, right here. After all, this is the best way to learn.
