SF MUNI Metro & Bus Action at West Portal Station

Due to an issue inside the tunnel, there was no Muni Metro running between Van Ness and Embarcadero stations in 5/21 for about an hour. Most L Taraval trains at that time did not not enter the Twin Peaks tunnel, instead it terminated at West Portal Station and turned back at St Francis Circle to head back to SF zoo immediately. The K and M lines continued to go into the Twin Peaks tunnel, but most of them at the time turned back at Castro. I spotted mostly Siemens LRV4s, a few Breda LRV3s, and several XDE40s. This was also when rush hour just started and students beginning to get off school.
