This meditation is for releasing negativity and energy that may be stopping us from moving forward towards our highest potential day to day. The waning moon is the phase where the moon's light is decreasing and it is headed towards the phase of the new moon when it will be completely dark. The period of the waning moon is a great time for release, and this meditation is a representation of that. During this meditation, we will work with waning moon energy and the power of affirmations to help release blockages and energy that doesn't longer serve us. This meditation will cleanse your chakras and make you feel just a bit lighter as you give it all away to the darkness of the moon,
