Morning Mocha (+ Cappuccino) with La Marzocco Linea Mini and Mazzer Mini Electronic B

It’s getting quite chilly outside! A nice hot cup of coziness after a cold morning walk really hugs your soul. Enjoy this quick workflow, stay warm, positive and please be kind!

I find that with my current temperature setting this particular coffee tastes really nice with the following recipe:

Dose: 18 grams
Brew time: ~26 seconds
Brew weight: ~50 grams
Temperature : 94 °C
Brew pressure : 9 bar
