Pulsar NS200 Heat Indicator Issue - SOLVED by Bajaj Engineers

In this video, I share my experience diagnosing and resolving an issue with my bike’s heat indicator at the Bajaj service center. The problem was traced to coolant not entering the radiator, leading to a completely dried-out system. While the service team fixed it, I’ll be doing test rides over the next few weeks to check if the coolant flow remains consistent.

If you’re facing a heat indicator warning but notice the radiator fan is running and the coolant container has fluid, make sure to first check if coolant is actually entering the radiator before inspecting the thermostat. Watch the video for more details!
