Across Sameland Episode 2 #Landscape photography (about 50 frames) summer 1975 / Swedish and Norvegian Lapland. It was a 125 km long hiking during 8 days, from Kvikkjokk to Sulitjelma passing through the Padjelanta national park. As camera, I had a simple Altix from 1952. Photography and editing by Jacques Coelho. The music are instrumentals by Bob Dylan (composed for the soundtrack of the film Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid, 1973) and Rubicon (Part2) by Tangerine Dream (1975). Both records were soon after the hiking, used as audio accompaniment in privat screenings of the original transparencies. The current digitalization and editing (2025) include this specific hiking as the second for a serial about landscape photography (Across Sameland). In this video the endwords are in french. For the latest videos I shall use english or finnish languages. This is not a commercial project and it should be considered as a simple « celebrating /archival document ». #mountains #hiking #lapland #nature #photography
