Flew out from California with the boards packed and landed in one of the loudest, wildest stops on tour, the Rio Pro 🇧🇷

Didn’t get the result I was after this time, but that’s the game. Still, Brazil always delivers. The energy, the people, the food, the waves… you can’t beat it.

After the comp, I took a breather. got to reset with the fam, sneak in a heavy step-off session with João chumbinho, and cruise around in a canoe with family and the little man. Pretty grateful for those moments between heats.

We also linked up with the WSL One Ocean project to clean up the beach and help plant over 1,000 native trees. Always stoked to give back where we can.
