Woot! Check out my blog for the recipe for how you can use this one simple & sexy move to bump your booty.
I recommend using a 35 lb weight (or 25 lbs if you are shorter or less strong...and 44lbs if you are more fit)
And enjoy!...I used to swing the kettlebell 3x a week, and I found it a great compliment to dancing (and great for perky, lifted booty results)...
Now though I enjoy having more variety in my workouts...check out my new Booty Pump Program...and also I recommend learning how to activate and fire up up your booty muscles, as part of your WarmUp...before you do the 2 handed kettlebell swing...
