PX4 logs hold the key to understanding what happened in flight, but digging through them is complex and often requires expert knowledge. In this talk, we’ll show how to accelerate flight reviews using health checks and AI-generated summaries that highlight the most critical events.
We’ll demonstrate how automated post-processing can detect issues such as sensor clipping and GPS glitches, and how AI can generate clear summaries that make insights accessible to both engineers and operators. We’ll even walk through a real-world crash investigation, showing how AI can surface root causes in minutes instead of hours.
Finally, we’ll explore how aggregated AI analysis across many flights can uncover fleet-wide trends and patterns. This approach reduces analysis time, lowers the barrier to entry for newcomers, and enables scalable fleet monitoring that’s impractical with manual review.
