I have finally got time to start this build. It will be a multi part video of what I do to upgrade the 72v lead acid batteries to 86v lithium ion batteries. New 3000w controller but I don't have the money to upgrade the motor. So we will see how long it lasts. Lol. Part 1 is the planning and removal of things to be replaced.
