Due to the pandemic, we had to cancel our trip to Napa Valley; however, that wasn't going to keep us down. We planned an impromptu girl's trip to Salamander Resort & Spa, a 5-star Black owned resort in Middleburg, Virginia. Middleburg is a town in Virginia's wine and horse country. The resort is owned by Shiela Johnson. Check out our stay. We also visit two wineries and have a nice lunch at one of our favorite restaurants, King Street Oyster Bar.
