CNBC’s Managing Asia host Christine Tan recently interviewed Link REIT CEO George Hongchoy. The interview covers key business aspects of Link including its development and growth strategy, diversification into offices, property development and the Mainland market. Hongchoy also discusses social issues facing Link, and reveals that he often plays the role of a undercover shopper at Link’s malls and markets in his free time. A segment of the interview was conducted in a busy fresh market operated by Link in Tseung Kwan O, in Kowloon east, Hong Kong.
