Dyker Heights family terrified after intruders break into home | News 12

A Dyker Heights family says they are lucky to be alive after a terrifying home invasion that was caught on camera. Surveillance footage from a Ring camera shows three men creeping through the backyard gate of the Marinakis family home at around 3:40 a.m. on Monday morning. The men walked up the back steps and broke in, all while Michael Marinakis, his wife and their four children were asleep upstairs. “It was a get-up-and-fight-for-your-life type of moment,” Marinakis told News 12.
