This is Race 3 of the Summer League 2025, held at Dulwich Park on 13th July 2025, hosted by Dulwich Park Runners. The event covers a 5-mile course, and this video gives you a POV experience from a back-of-the-pack runner finishing in around 54 minutes.
The Dulwich Park course is flat and fast. Runners complete four laps, two small loops inside the park, and two larger loops that are partly outside the park.
