This video showcases our new high-precision, quick-release mounting mechanism for the JetXpert Print Station. This mount allows the printhead, drive electronics, and ink supply system to be removed from the printer in seconds for cleaning, storage, or offline prep—and then returned to the system in the exact same position.
In this walkthrough, we demo both the hardware design and a live placement repeatability test. After fully removing and reinstalling the mount, the jetted drop has moved only 2 microns from its original position. Achieving this level of precision with such a simple, robust mechanical design is a huge advantage for any workflow that demands consistent, high-accuracy printing.
