Can You Survive a -18°C Snowstorm with No Tent or Sleeping Bag? | 48 Hours Solo Winter Survival in Deep Snow

In this video, I spent 2 full days alone in a brutal winter wilderness — no tent, no sleeping bag, and temperatures dropping to -18°C.
The forest was buried under nearly 1 meter of snow, with heavy blizzards and biting winds day and night. I set up my survival camp beside a snow-covered rock cliff, at an elevation of 2000 meters, with nothing but my tarp, axe, and bushcraft skills.

From the moment I arrived, everything was a challenge — finding dry firewood in a frozen forest, choosing a safe and sheltered campsite, and staying dry and warm without modern gear.

I built a raised wooden bed from logs and insulated the ground with oak bark to avoid direct contact with the freezing snow. With no sleeping bag, the only source of warmth was the fire I made from scratch using basic bushcraft techniques.

You’ll see how I cooked a simple meal over an open fire, how I survived without modern equipment, and how experience, willpower, and bushcraft knowledge were my only tools against nature’s raw power.

The snowflakes were icy crystals, the wind cut like a blade, and the silence of the frozen forest was both beautiful and deadly.
