Summer Canning Delights: Green Beans and Fresh Salsa for Your Pantry

Here is my Salsa Recipe:
14 C. Chopped Tomatoes
3 C. Chopped Onions
2 C. Chopped Green Peppers
1/2 C. Vinegar
1/2 C. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Salt (scant)
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Cumin
1 bunch Cilantro
4 Tbsp. Clear Jel
Scald tomatoes in hot water and peel tomatoes. Chop tomatoes, onions and peppers and mix together. Add the rest of the ingredients and add into pint jars. Water bath for 10 minutes. Yields about 9 pints.
