A user-worked level crossing located near Billingshurst in West Sussex between Adversane AHB Level Crossing and Billingshurst Station. Along with a Bombardier Ebigate system, this user-worked crossing has a Power Operated Gate Opener (POGO) system, which is a fairly new feature that is being comissioned at user-worked level crossings across the UK. Users simply push a button to open and close the gates when they want to cross, though pedestrian access is still via separate wicket gates. At the time of filming, there was barely any alarm here at all as one was not sounding at all with the only one that did sound being very quiet.
Thanks for watching!
