The Medieval Festival is the largest outdoor event in Oradea. It has been held since 2017, every year at the start of July. By 2024 the festival has grown out of proportion, becoming one of the largest medieval festivals in the world. During this edition there will be over 600 reenactors from 9 countries, with participants coming from all over Europe, and even from as far as Canada.
