You know what? Sega really was a pretty good VCS game publisher. At their worst they were mediocre, but at their best, when they were really trying, they could release really great stuff like TAC-Scan, Buck Rogers and the Planet of Zoom, and today's game Star Trek: Strategic Options Simulator.
