SkyTower has officially reached its 100th storey — becoming the first building in Canada do so, and marking a historic moment for Toronto’s skyline. 🏗️
To celebrate the milestone, developer Pinnacle International hosted a special tour 100 storeys above Downtown Toronto, offering a rare look at construction progress atop what will soon become Canada’s tallest building.
Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, SkyTower will ultimately rise 106 storeys to a final height of 351.85 metres. When complete, it will bring 958 new homes to the waterfront, the city’s first Le Méridien hotel, retail space, and 80,000 square feet of amenities.
SkyTower is expected to top off in early 2026.
This marks the second Toronto tower to achieve supertall status (300m+) this year, following Tridel’s One Bloor West surpassing that threshold in June 2025.
