Act on Energy supported Mr & Mrs Roberts through the Direct Access to Wellbeing Service, which is a project funded by the Cadent Foundation and working in partnership with Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Charity.
Mr & Mrs Roberts were supported with finding the source of a patch of damp in their property, explaining the role of the Priority Services Register and how it could support them in case of emergencies, supplying general energy saving advice to help reduce their energy bills, applying for a social tariff to reduce their water bill, and through support from our Benefits and Financial Welfare team to ensure they were receiving the correct benefits and government support schemes.
Act on Energy is a free impartial energy advice charity working with residents in Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands.
